What can I do about ADHD without medication?

I’m 18 years old and home schooled in high school. I struggle with school from what I believe is ADHD, but my parents just call my lazy and say I need to work harder. It’s practically impossible to do all the school they want me to (which is not much). I need to find ways to control my ADHD (or whatever I have) by myself.

      Adhd test and get prescription for riddilin has solved all my problems.
